It seems to me that there is a simple solution to the issue of motorcycles creating a disturbance on the Hoit Road marsh: noise control. If the motorcycles were subject to the same noise restrictions as automobiles, I suspect the noise issue would be minimal. This pertains to other conflict areas as well (and to other recreational vehicles) where noise is a major issue. Play safe and have fun, but be quiet.
