A Bay State woman is accused of driving impaired Sunday night with two young children in the vehicle’s backseat.
Felicia Purcell, 29, of Webster, Mass., faces one count of aggravated driving under the influence for allegedly having a blood-alcohol level that was twice the legal limit. She also faces two additional counts of aggravated DWI for having two children, ages 4 and 6, as passengers. Police have also charged her with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
New Hampshire State Police pulled Purcell’s vehicle over on Interstate 93 in Bow at about 10 p.m. after observing several motor vehicle violations.
