Elizabeth Warren can change America’s direction so that we as a country are moving toward our best selves again. She cares deeply about people, she’s genuinely interested in and understands the problems of all Americans, and she’s not afraid to roll up her sleeves and work hard to fix what’s broken. She’s experienced, she’s smart and she gets how important it is to work with the right people on any given issue to make solutions happen.
Elizabeth Warren recently announced comprehensive gun-violence prevention legislation. She understands the appalling urgency of America’s gun-violence crisis – 40,000 people die of gun violence each year in this country. She knows that 100 Americans dying each day from firearms is a public health emergency, and we have to do something about it now. That’s why she worked with colleagues who are as dedicated to stopping the senseless body count as she is and came up with a plan.
Elizabeth Warren will inspire hope, work hard for everyone – not just the wealthy and privileged – and restore America’s standing in the world. That’s why I’m supporting Elizabeth Warren.
