I have been a registered Democrat in New Hampshire for more than 50 years.
The state has changed a lot in that time – all for the better in my mind now that Democrats control the House, the Senate and the Executive Council.
Nationally, the Democratic Party is acting like a bunch of 3-year-olds on a birthday party sugar high, and that won’t play well with voters in November. I fear for our country if Donald Trump is allowed to continue his immoral and destructive activities.
When I went to vote in the New Hampshire primary on Tuesday, it became clear that none of the 40 some candidates on the ballot were individuals capable of capturing enough votes to defeat Trump.
With this in mind, I wrote in the name of Michael Bloomberg. He is a man of integrity and genuine achievement, qualities entirely absent in the GOP part of Washington these days. If we are going to be Democrats who succeed, then we need to nominate and support Michael Bloomberg for president.
