■Dog licenses and renewals are due by April 30. Renewals can be done through the mail. The penalty is now $32 per unregistered dog. There are currently over 400 dogs that are unregistered. Contact the Town Clerk’s office at 648-2053 or email townclerk@webster-nh.gov for more information.

■The Webster Free Public Library has information on its web page (webster-mh.gov) or on its Facebook page (facebook.com/websterfreepubliclibrary) about Overdrive, Hoopla, Tumblebooks, Online Storytime and other sources to access books remotely. If you have any questions, email the library at websterl@tds.net.

■Many people have asked how they can help the Webster Food Pantry. One way is to drop off donations in the lobby of the Webster Police Department, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Please do not bring homemade food or expired food. Right now the pantry is looking for healthy food, mayonnaise, salad dressings, BBQ sauce, shelf-stable milk, soap, toothpaste and toiletries. If you would prefer to give a monetary donation, you can send your check to The Webster Food Pantry, 1011 Long Street, Webster, NH 03303. If you have any questions or need to access the pantry, Peg Foss can be reached at 568-2526.

■The Webster Police Department has canceled the drug take back day and will reschedule it for the fall.

■Do you like getting the “Grapevine”? Do you like getting it dry? Now is the time to install a tube or some kind of container for it.

■The Pillsbury Lake Village District will hold its next meeting on May 13 from 6 to 7 p.m. More information will follow about how to attend the meeting. Check pillsburylakedistrict.com for information.

■The Webster Free Public Library April book is “My Sister, the Serial Killer,” by Oyinkan Braithwaite. It is available in both audiobook and ebook format on NH Overdrive with a short reserve list. The book group will meet on April 30 at 7:15 p.m. Group members will receive more information on how to sign in to the meeting. For those who want to get ahead on their reading, the May selection is “The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek,” by Kim Michele Richardson, which is available on hoopla, which means no waiting lists!
