■The Penacook Community Center Senior Program remains closed at this time in order to keep its seniors, who are most at risk, safe. The program continues to stay in contact with the N.H. Association of Senior Centers to stay up-to-date with what senior centers across the state are doing in response to the virus and how they are staying in touch with their members. Members are missed and the Senior Program is happy to share that they are all doing well. Since closing in March, regular contact has been maintained with senior members through phone calls, birthday cards, personal notes, visits and a new weekly Drive-up Exchange program. The members look forward to the day they can safely gather again. The Senior Program is currently seeking donations of books, puzzles and DVDs for adults that are in good condition for the free Drive-up Exchange program being offered to seniors in the community. Please drop off donations on the office porch located at 87 High St. For more information, contact Kristen Pinard-Kenney, Senior Program coordinator, at 753-9700 or at kristenpk@penacookcommunitycenter.org.
