I ask that you support my wife, Becky Whitley, in the Democratic primary for Senate District 15.
Becky and I met in law school and from day one, Becky knew she would go into public service and dedicate her career to creating opportunity for others. Throughout her career, I’ve watched her tirelessly advocate for people with disabilities, organize parents to fight for climate action, and build coalitions and lobby at the State House to successfully pass meaningful bipartisan reform for our most vulnerable children and families. But what people need to know about Becky is that she is deeply committed, incredibly hard-working, and passionate about improving the lives of Granite Staters.
You see, Becky did not have a long-standing ambition to serve in public office. She preferred to be in the trenches, working hard every day fighting for justice, protecting our planet’s precious resources, and creating a better place for our children and yours. She felt compelled to run for state Senate because she is the right candidate for this moment and can bring about more systemic change in office.
I cannot imagine a more perfect role for her and her talents. As our District 15 senator, she will fearlessly take on any fight to help those who need it and will not back down from any challenge. Please join me in voting for Becky Whitley on Sept. 8.
