Jason Hicks has been appointed executive vice president at New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp. As executive vice president, Hicks will be a part of the NHMB Executive Leadership Team and will also continue his roles as chief financial officer and chief risk officer. Hicks joined MVSB in 2009 as Vice President of Finance and Controller at MVSB following an extensive career in public accounting as well as commercial and community banking.
Joanne Pearce has been appointed chief digital officer at New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp. As CDO, Pearce will create and implement NHMB’s digital transformation strategies, enhancing the customer experience for sister companies Merrimack County Savings Bank, Meredith Village Savings Bank, Savings Bank of Walpole and NHTrust. Pearce joined Meredith Village Savings Bank in 2002 as a data security specialist.
Daniel Walulik joined the board of directors of Spaulding Youth Center. Walulik is the Chief Financial Officer at Acceleration Partners. He has over 20 years of finance and operations experience, most recently growing a high-tech start-up, Dynamic Network Services (Dyn), to profitability.
Angela Strozewski has been promoted to executive vice president, senior operations officer for New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp. Strozewski joined the Merrimack in 1990 as a bookkeeper. As her career progressed, she served several roles in the finance department including financial accounting officer, assistant vice president and assistant treasurer and vice president and controller.
