■The Chichester Town Library Trustees will meet via Zoom and Uber Conference call at 4 p.m. on Monday. If you wish to conference in, go to the town website, click on “Depts/Library” and click on the link to the Facebook page. All the information is there. ■The PES PTO sponsored Cookies & Cocoa With Santa was rescheduled to this Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon and will be held in the PES parking lot. ■Donations for Secret Santa for Christmas 2020 are still being collected. This program provides Christmas assistance for residents of Pittsfield in need. Toys, warm outfits and winter outerwear are provided. This program is fully funded by donations from local individuals and businesses. If you would like to assist, donations of new, unwrapped toys or clothing can be dropped off at the fire station at your convenience. Monetary donations are also very much appreciated. ■The Infant Toddler Diaper Pantry through the First Congregational Church will be open on Tuesday with new guidelines in place for the time being. The pantry will be open from 9-11 a.m. Please call 435-7471 when you arrive in the parking lot. Clients will not be able to enter the church at this time. Weather permitting, staff will place your diapers and wipes in a bag with your name attached and place it on a table in the parking lot. If weather does not permit this, your products will be brought to you. Please use the parking lot off Chestnut Street. ■You can pre-order your PMHS or PES yearbook for the 2020-21 year at yearbookforever.com. This year’s PMHS book will be $50 and the PES book will be $17. The use of the online system for ordering is encouraged for convenience. There are options to add name stamps to personalize your book through the online system. This year’s class has come up with some creative ways to cover this year, even with a lack of events. If you are a parent/guardian of a high school senior or a fifth grader, please keep an eye out for email that will give you an option to put in a message for your graduating student.
