Second-grade students at the Henniker Community School have been learning about erosion. During Mystery Science: What’s strong enough to make a canyon? students in all three 2nd grade cohorts experimented by building cornmeal landforms. Students then placed a Dixie cup of water, with a hole in it, over the landforms and watched them erode to observe the impact of erosion.
