■The Franklin Business and Professional Women’s Club is sponsoring two scholarships: The Velma Smith Dalphond and the Jackie O’Rourke scholarships, available to women 22 years or older who live in the greater Franklin BPW membership area and who are working toward advancing skills and career with additional education. Scholarship awards have been $500 each in recent years. The application is available at bpwfranklin.org. Under “Programs” scroll down to “Scholarship Information.” The deadline for applications is May 15. The winner will be notified in June and invited to the June dinner meeting.
■Franklin High School Players will be presenting “Sweeney Todd” on May 20-23. Limited, spaced seating is provided for these performances. Tickets are on sale now at franklinoperahouse.org.
■Franklin Parks & Recreation is looking for seasonal workers for its summer programs. Students entering grade 9 in the fall (or older) can enroll in the Counselor in Training Program. The program runs from July 1 through Aug. 30. Details available at franklinnh.org.

■The Baptist Church of Franklin is planning a Craft Fair on July 10 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Vendor registration forms can be accessed by calling Hannah at 934-0230 or emailing thebaptist@metrocast.net.
■At this time, Service Link can offer phone appointments to answer questions regarding your Medicare or prescription drug coverage, along with caregiver and long-term care needs. Call 228-6625. New to Medicare Workshops are also available online. Call for dates and times and to set an appointment. The workshops are conducted via Zoom.
■Twin Rivers Interfaith Food Pantry is in need of plastic bags and egg cartons. “Feed the Need!” provides supplemental weekend food bags to children in the Franklin schools. Call the Food Pantry, located at 2 Central St. (across from Benson Auto), if you would like to donate. Contact the pantry at 934-2662 or info.trifp@gmail.com to arrange for drop off. Monetary donations are always welcome.
