A Henniker fifth-grader is the New Hampshire finalist out of the 54 state and territory winners who shared their stories of inner strength for a Google Doodle.
Desmond Bogle’s Google Doodle is titled, “There Is Always Light, Even on Rainy Days.”
“I am strong because I do whatever I can to help others,” he said. “In my Doodle, I drew a boy who is sharing his umbrella with a girl who doesn’t have a raincoat because it’s a rainy day.”
