Sean Bennett, an Army National Guard lieutenant colonel, graduated from the United States Army War College at Carlisle, Pennsylvania with a master’s degree in Strategic Studies on July 23. He graduated from Troy University in 1997 while serving on active duty at Fort Rucker Alabama. He is retiring from the New Hampshire National Guard in October after 32 years of service to his state and nation. The U.S. Army War College’s two-year distance education curriculum educates and develops senior military officers from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard, as well as senior foreign military officers and civilian officials from a variety of federal agencies, to serve in strategic level command and staff positions worldwide.

Alec Wilcox earned a bachelor’s degree in politics and religious studies at Bates College.
