Concord’s Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration will be Nov. 26 from 4 to 6 p.m. in City Plaza. Fireworks will follow the celebration.

The 16th annual Penacook Tree Lighting Ceremony will be on Dec. 1 in Boudreau Square. Attendees should start assembling around 5:45 p.m. to hear carols and singing featuring the Penacook Elementary School Chorus and Blanchard Family Singers.

Santa will arrive via Concord Fire Department at both events.
