Hillsboro-Deering High School spring sports tryouts/practices will begin on March 21. Baseball, boys’ lacrosse and girls’ lacrosse will start at 3 p.m. at their respective playing fields. Track and field will meet at 3 p.m. in the HDHS cafeteria and softball will start at its field at 4 p.m. Sign ups are open online at hdsd.org/Page/1465 through Friday. All athletes trying out must have a current physical on file with the school nurse or have one ready to turn in to their coach. All athletes trying out must also have current Impact test results readily available if needed. Athletes needing an Impact test should see Coach Wood during the week of March 21. All athletes are responsible for their own hydration for the entirety of the season.
Granite State Raiders basketball tryouts/registrations for boys and girls in grades 6-11 will be held Saturday from 8:30-11 a.m. and on Sunday from 9-11 a.m. at the Health Club of Concord, 10 Garvin Falls Road.
