Highlights: Three area teams opened their season on Friday at Souhegan. The Pride were the best of that group, finishing third behind a dominant performance in the sprints by Baylus. In addition to a pair of victories and three top-three finishes, Baylus also ran on the second-place 4×100 relay with Jesse Ruiz, Bishow Thapa and Wallace.
