■Signups for the Boscawen Public Library’s Summer Reading Program are in progress on its website or at the library. The six-week program kicks off Monday with a long list of fun activities for kids. On June 30, the library will host a Make and Take Crafts workshop beginning at 2 p.m. Lego Saturdays will be held on July 2, 9 and Aug. 6 from 10 a.m. to noon. ■Coffee House in the Church Park Returns on Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m. Decatur Creek consisting of the trio of Jack Henry, Doug Farrell and Beth Eldridge are the featured performers. ■Mark your calendars for Boscawen Old Home Week 2022 events that will be held from Aug. 23 to 28. Remember the great display of cow cutouts a few years ago? This year, get your creative juices going and make a sheep cutout to display in your yard. Other events include John Porter’s presentation on NH Barns on Aug. 23; the Golf Classic at Den Brae on Aug. 25; Elektrisola 5K walk or run on Aug. 26, and Old Home Day activities on Aug. 27 including a parade, entertainment, games, food and fireworks.
