Concord-area residents, and residents throughout Executive Council District 2, have been fortunate to be represented by Councilor Cinde Warmington the past two years. I’ve been fortunate a little longer than that to know Cinde as a friend and as a person of conscience, compassion and reason. Cinde has turned her tenure as the lone Democrat on the Executive Council to advantage by being a resolute and articulate voice for women’s healthcare, reproductive rights, and a common sense response to the COVID pandemic.

She has used her vote and consensus-building skills to lower everyday costs for Granite Staters. The Executive Council is powerful in New Hampshire. It approves state contracts over $10,000 as well as the governor’s appointees, including judges in the state’s courts. Cinde Warmington has not only served as a keen watchdog on the Council, but she also has worked over the past biennium to create a foundation for strong Democratic candidates in the other Executive Council districts this year. I urge voters to join me in voting for Cinde Warmington in the Democratic primary on Tuesday, September 13. She’s earned a place on November’s ballot.
