Things in life seem to come full circle. The New Hampshire Potters Guild biennial exhibition “Storied in Clay” is coming full circle to the prestigious League of New Hampshire Craftsmen Gallery at 49 South Main Street.

NH Artist Laureate Gerry Williams studied pottery at the former League of New Hampshire Craftsmen’s headquarters on North Main Street when there were pottery and other crafts studios there. A long line of current and former potters have been influenced and continue the traditions that were established during the early years of the craft movement. Many of the current members have been instructors at UNH, New Hampshire Institute of Art, Colby Sawyer College as well as in individual ceramic studios and workshops.

Come to see the current work of Potters Guild members in the biennial exhibit “Storied in Clay” opening Sept. 24 from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Artists will be present and continue to be docents through the run of the show through October 27. Find gallery hours at nhcraft.org
