Somebody put up two hand-drawn signs that said, “All 5 GOP Anti-Choice” and “Protect Women’s Health – Vote Democrat” in a public right-of-way near the center of Deerfield. They were stolen within 24 hours. When they were replaced, they were again stolen within 24 hours.
Hey, don’t people who make homemade signs get the same freedom of speech as the people with money for professional signs? All 5 of Deerfield’s, Auburn’s and Candia’s incumbent state reps voted for the ban on abortion after 24 weeks. I’m glad somebody is letting voters in Deerfield know that our incumbents do not support giving women the choice of when to bring children into our world.
