Very disappointed in the front page story in the Sunday Monitor (10/2) titled “How NH’s millionaire politicians relate,” written by Michaela Towfighi. The only New Hampshire politicians mentioned extensively in the article are the four Democratic politicians currently representing our state in the House of Representatives and the Senate. They may all be wealthy now, but none grew up wealthy, so, yes, they can and do relate very closely with their non-millionaire constituents.

A much more even-handed article would have also disclosed the wealth of the Republican candidates our representatives are facing in the election in November. You can do better than this one-sided reporting, Concord Monitor. Your readers expect it from you.
