If you get a chance please Google the plan for 153 Fisherville Road in the Concord Monitor and ask yourself if its consistent with the tradition of this city and state. What I see in that plan are dozens of buildings ruthlessly crammed together in a soul-crushing camp.
We hear all the reasons why folks think its a good idea. Meanwhile, what’s totally missing is the voice and wisdom of residents. If you believe in democracy, if you believe in fairness, if you believe your reasoning is sound, then invite citizens to vote directly on these projects.
