Do we really want Concord to be a destination for gambling? I think not. Now is a good time to rethink whether we want a large gambling casino in Concord or any gambling casino at all. How about letting another town in on the fun. A town with less scruples than Concord.

Concord has spent a lot of money and time to make downtown Concord pleasant and inviting, which it is. It is hard to see how a gambling casino on Loudon Road enhances or compliments Concordโ€™s downtown. And another thing. Why do you think everyone refers to โ€œgamingโ€ when what they really mean is โ€œgambling?โ€ Let us be honest here.
