After Hopkinton’s school district had a public hearing to gauge whether residents want to transition away from traditional meetings, the town will hold a hearing for the same next week.

On Monday, the select board will hold a public hearing to gather public input on adopting the SB 2 format which is a split form of self-government with a separate deliberative session and voting day.

The hearing will take place at the Town Hall on 330 Main Street at 6 p.m.

It will also appear on the ballot at the annual town meeting on March 21.
