Joyce Craig was a disaster as the mayor of Manchester. Crime and homelessness were out of control. A massive tent encampment popped up and became known as “Craigville.” She tried to raise taxes repeatedly. And, unfortunately, students in the Manchester Middle and High Schools fell below the state average in math, science and reading. Understandably, Manchester voters picked a Republican to replace Craig as mayor.
Simply put, we can’t let Joyce Craig do to New Hampshire what she did to Manchester, basically turning us into Massachusetts. Kelly Ayotte has the experience and judgment to keep New Hampshire safe, prosperous, and free. A commonsense leader, she has the support of Republicans, Democrats, and independents. Kelly will bring New Hampshire together to ensure we remain the best place in America to live, work and raise a family. Let’s make Kelly Ayotte our next governor.
