While I understand that one of our greatest freedoms in our democracy is speech, I believe that the huge flashing sign endorsing former President Trump to be a hazard at a very dangerous intersection in Bow. It is located on the corner of Logging Hill Road and Tyler Shaw Drive, named after a 20-year-old Tyler Shaw. He died as a result of a person mistakenly taking the Bow exit at high speed, thinking it was the ramp for I-93 south, and ramming his vehicle as he was driving down Logging Hill Road, right next to the flashing sign that is there now.

I complained to a town official, who explained that this was a state highway, not under Bow jurisdiction. Common sense should tell the state that this sign is not a good idea. Our town officials should complain to the state so that this does not happen in the future.
