Road in poor condition

The poor condition of Manchester Street is unbearable. Why can’t all the businesses that line this roadway kick in some money to get it repaved or at least fill in the potholes that are everywhere? It would attract more customers to their locations, I for one try to stay away from the area. It seems like no one cares.
