Concordโ€™s second Chipotle restaurant at Merchants Way, the shopping center at Exit 17, is slated for a September opening.

The popular Mexican chain eatery will open its doors sometime next month, joining a Wendyโ€™s, Jersey Mikeโ€™s, Starbucks, state liquor store as well as the Market Basket, Homegoods that have anchored the plaza since it opened.

New buildings have cropped up steadily since the project opened its doors in 2022, and more are in the works for the coming year.

A Concord Hospital primary care walk-in clinic at the site is also expected to open in September, according to the projectโ€™s co-owner Laurie Rauseo.

Evviva Trattoria, an italian restaurant affiliated with the 110 Grill, remains under construction and is several months out from opening, Rauseo said.

Additionally, a roughly 30,000 square-foot Marshalls is in the early stages of construction.
