Richard A. Gagne
Penacook, NH –
Richard (Rich) Gagne, 70 of Penacook, NH passed away on Monday,
September 1, 2025 surrounded by his family. Rich was courageous,
having fought a long battle with cancer.
Rich was born in Milton, MA to Edmund and Lucille (Richard) Gagne.
Rich was the owner of Rich Gagne Auto and Truck repair. He felt a
privilege to serve his customers. He did so for over twenty years at
locations in Penacook, Webster, and most recently in Boscawen.
Those who knew him well would recognize his wave or salute as they
drove by.
Rich could best be known for his sense of humor. If he brought a smile
to your face, he had accomplished his mission.
Rich is survived by his wife Cynthia Gagne, with whom he would be
celebrating twenty-three years of marriage.
He is also survived by his daughter, Justine Lemire, stepdaughter,
Dawn Croft and stepson Joe Wielock, his sisters Anne Gagnon and Sue
Forand, his brother, Steven as well as many nieces and nephews.
Pre-deceased by his parents, Edmund and Lucille Gagne, brothers David
Gagne, Matthew Gagne, Bruce Gagne and sisters Judy Tarr and Mary-Jane
Lortie.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Alan’s of Boscawen, Boscawen NH
on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 1 pm. Where we can all share our
favorite memories of Rich.
