Who is that fascist masquerading as a “president”? Who are those apparatchiks masquerading as “knowledgeable government officials”? Who are those “brown shirts” masquerading as ordinary Americans? Who are those “gestapo-like” local, state and federal police and soldiers that are just following orders? Who are all those folks that have climbed out from under rocks to be “willing executioners” when it comes to promoting virulent racism, ruining the lives of people and attempting to send them off to death camps abroad? And what is to be made of much of a society that quietly stands by as a fascist, colonial, Israeli government collectively slaughtering people, 65,000 at last count without looking under the rubble, in a genocidal frenzy? I get it now! These are folks that have a profound lack of empathy. These are folks that use relationships to gain self-esteem. These are folks that have little or no interest in others interests, experiences, needs or feelings. These are folks that display attention-seeking behavior. These are folks that have feelings of entitlement and being special. These are folks that believe themselves to be special. This is a society that deeply believes that race matters, racism can be manipulated for personal gain and the myth of American exceptionalism is in fact a reality. “Don’t ask for whom the bell tolls.”
