Dorothy McAuley
The Villages, FL – Dorothy (King) McAuley, 96 of The Villages FL
passed away on Thursday September 4, 2025. She was born July 22, 1929
the daughter of Ernest and Lydia King in Concord NH and attended St
John High School where she met her husband of 60 years Joe McAuley.
Dorothy and her husband Joe moved to The Villages FL in 1988 where
they enjoyed a long and happy retirement. She was predeceased by her
husband Joe McAuley and her siblings Ernest, David and Margaret. She
is survived by her 4 children Joe and his wife Tassee (Concord, NH)
Steve and his wife Wendy (Ledyard, CT) Nancy and her husband Tony
(Concord, NH) and John and his wife Heidi (The Villages, FL) 6
Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
A service will take place at the NH Veterans Cemetery at 1pm on
September 29th where she will be laid to rest with her husband Joe.
