Covid Shots For Anyone Who Wants One
I am writing to urge all of the powers that be: Governor Ayotte, Department of Health and Human Services, doctors, hospitals and pharmacies to please provide clear directives regarding the newest Covid vaccinations. All people who choose to be vaccinated should be able to, as has been the case for the last five years. Regardless of what the federal government is “recommending,” a person should not have to be 65 or sick to get a possible life saving vaccination. I have called local pharmacies as well as my own doctors and have been met with confusion and rejections when seeking the shot.
Every New Hampshire resident who desires a shot should be clearly accepted and I would hope that this message is put out there for everyone to see. It is the job of the Governor and the health department make them available for everyone and to publicize this broadly.
