Amazon impersonator scam

I was recently contacted by a woman who identified herself as a member of the human relations department of amazon.com. She recruited me for the purpose of evaluating online products for Amazon. It turned out that the job offer was a scam or at least an unethical approach to evaluating products misleadingly. All communications with the person doing employee training were done on WhatsApp and online communications application the tip off that they were scam artists came when I was told to withdraw my earnings from my account and place them into a crypto wallet. I contacted the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office and they inform me that online scam artist are using WhatsApp as a means through both launder money and to steal from participants. Subsequently I contacted the FBI department responsible for online fraud and Amazonโ€™s fraud department. I also contacted AARP since the fraudsters targets seem to be the elderly. Therefore. I find that checking out companies that make job offers online is a worthy process to follow.
