Homeowners interested in reducing energy costs and exploring renewable technologies will have the opportunity to learn from experts this weekend at an energy expo in Bow.

The event, hosted by the energy committees of Bow, Dunbarton, Weare, Concord and Boscawen, will take place on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Bow Memorial School. The expo aims to provide residents with practical strategies to improve energy efficiency and reduce household energy usage.

Workshops throughout the day will cover topics such as solar power, home weatherization, recycling and energy-saving upgrades.ย Local exhibitors will also showcase the latest in sustainable products and green technologies, from solar panels to smart home systems.

Attendees can also take advantage of an on-site electronics recycling drop-off, which will accept items like phones, tablets, chargers, printers, scanners, headphones and coffee brewers.

The expo will also feature information on New Hampshireโ€™s energy policies, rebate programs and financial incentives that support renewable energy adoption for homeowners and businesses.
