Standing with Kate West for a Better Concord

I’m proud to endorse Kate West for Mayor of Concord, a leader who embodies what it means to serve with heart, humility and hope. Kate isn’t just running for office; she’s running for all of us.

Kate understands Concord because she lives the experiences that shape it. She’s a mother who has faced housing insecurity right here in our city, a bus rider who knows the challenges of public transit firsthand, and a longtime advocate who’s spent years fighting for fairness and opportunity in New Hampshire. As a former member of the Concord School Board, Kate has already proven her ability to listen, lead and deliver.

Her vision for Concord is simple yet powerful: “a city where everyone belongs.” She believes every resident should have a voice in shaping our community, whether through accessible city council meetings, translation services or reliable transportation so everyone can “be in the room.” That’s real inclusion, not just talk.

Kate’s leadership is grounded in compassion and courage. She knows the urgency of addressing affordable housing, the importance of rethinking public transit and the value of removing barriers that keep too many from participating in civic life.

Kate West is more than a candidate. She’s a neighbor, a problem-solver and a proven advocate for a stronger, fairer Concord. Let’s come together and vote for Kate West for mayor, a leader who will make sure every voice counts.
