I’ve had the privilege of seeing Amanda Grady Sexton in action for many years — standing up for victims of crime and their children. She does this with compassion, skill and unwavering determination. Amanda brings that same passion to her work on the Concord City Council, fighting for working families, young professionals and seniors alike.
Amanda doesn’t pretend to be a “voice for the voiceless.” Instead, she empowers people to find their own voices and walks alongside them to make change happen. She doesn’t claim to have all the answers, but she always knows how to find them by connecting the right experts, community partners and residents to solve tough problems together.
I’ve supported Amanda since her first campaign for council, and I’m just as proud to support her now. Her hard work, integrity, and refusal to give up — no matter how complicated the issue — are exactly what Concord needs.
