A question of character
I would like to use a pedagogical analogy to explain my support for Alex DuBois for the zone C Concord School board seat.
Imagine you have two students. Student A cares about the process, is mindful of due dates and deadlines, and turns in quality work in a timely manner. Student B does not respect process, doesn’t meet deadlines, and then when asked why, makes excuses.
Alex DuBois is the former student in this analogy. The one who did their due diligence and respected the process of becoming a Concord School board member. I believe Alex also possesses the character and educational knowledge to deal with complex, hot-button issues with civility, always focusing on what’s best for Concord’s children. The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior. And Alex Dubois’ past behavior proves that he is the one who is worthy of your vote on Nov. 4.
