Local police are searching for suspects involved in two car break-ins in Bow on Sunday.

The break-ins happened between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. at the trailheads on South Bow Road and Robinson Road, according to the Bow Police Department. The car windows were smashed and valuables, including purses, were stolen.

Police urged the public to never leave items like wallets, bags, cell phones, cash or personal identification in plain sight. Car break-ins happen when suspects monitor the trailheads and wait for a vehicle to be unattended.

Anyone who may have witnessed the break-ins or who has security footage of the area should contact officer Seth Guilmette at 603-223-3950 or at sguilmette@bownhpd.gov.
