Northwood, NH – Wilbert Pierce, 85, of Northwood, passed away on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at his home with his loving family by his side.
Willie as he was known to many, was born on November 9, 1940, in Barnstead, son of the late Kenneth L. and Esther (Dixon) Pierce. He was educated in the local schools before joining the Army National Guard until 1969.
Mr. Pierce was a hard worker, holding many jobs over the years, a sheet metal worker for NE Electronics in Concord for over 25 years, and later as the facility director for Coe-Brown Northwood Academy. He always enjoyed going snowmobiling or camping and spending time with family.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his five siblings, Kenneth, Harold, Donald, Richard and Shirley.
He is survived by his wife, Doris (Boyd) Pierce of Northwood with whom he shared 56 years of marriage, their son Will Pierce and his wife Kelly of Florida, five grandchildren, Tanya Marceau, Ellisa Pierce-Waites, Krystal Pierce, Hayley Zeblisky and Jordain Pierce, eight grandchildren, Brently, Paisley, Carter, Addie, SJ, Easton, Ellie and Emerson as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2026, from 5PM-7PM at the Roan Family Funeral Home โ Still Oaks Chapel, 1217 Suncook Valley Highway, Epsom.
