Attacks on Venezuela must stop now
The U.S. military assault on Venezuela, including the kidnapping of President Maduro and his wife, the killing of many others and the seizure of Venezuelan vessels, violated the U.S. Constitution. These attacks continued the shameful history of violent U.S. interventionism in Latin America. Military aggression against Venezuela would have been wrong even if the action had been approved by Congress. It needs to stop now.
