Barnstead, NH – Lisa Marie (Denoncourt) Weir, 63, of Barnstead, died January 6, 2026, after a second courageous battle with cancer. She was born October 17, 1962, in Manchester, NH, and grew up in Concord.
Lisa began her career with the N.H. Department of Transportation in May 2001 as a Land Surveyor Technician, and later advanced to Chief of Property Management. Lisa retired in June 2024.
Lisa made Barnstead her longtime home, building a large network of family and friends. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, crafting, and the hunt for a good bargain at estate sales and thrift stores. Travel was a longtime goal, and she especially enjoyed family trips to Nepal and London. She shared a special bond with her only daughter, Sadie, and took great joy in her grandchildren.
She is survived by daughter Sadie and husband Joseph Irving; grandchildren Wyatt and Peyton Irving; father James Denoncourt; siblings Karl Denoncourt, Renee (Denoncourt) Blodgett, Peter Denoncourt, and Thomas Denoncourt; and extended family and friends, including Lisa Bailey-Audet and Kelly Godwin. She was preceded in death by her mother, Irene (Groulx) Spoor.
SERVICES: A celebration of life will be held 1-4 p.m. May 15, 2026, at Oscar Barn in Hooksett, NH.
