Support human rights for Palestinians

In September 2025, three state legislators, Senator Tim Lang, and Representatives Robert Lynn and Joe Alexander took an all-expenses paid trip to Israel. Their excursion to Israel occurred while a full-scale Genocide was ongoing inside Gaza. They traveled to Israel to meet and hear Israeli leader Benjamin Netanyahu for whom the ICC has issued an arrest warrant for allegations of war crimes and crimes against humanity. This was reprehensible in my opinion.

Israelโ€™s government organized this trip for some 250 state legislators to attend a conference called: โ€œ50 States for One Israel,โ€ arranged by the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs. They also received a briefing by Israelโ€™s Foreign Minister Gideon Saar. What do New Hampshire lawmakers have to do with Israelโ€™s foreign policies?

This conference provided legislators with information that could refute those NH citizens who support the Palestinian led movement called the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions campaign that pressures Israel to comply with international law. A BDS crusade against ending South Africaโ€™s apartheid system in 1994 succeeded, and in America, the 1950s civil rights movement featuring the 13th month Montgomery Bus Boycott triumphed when the Supreme Court ruled bus segregation unconstitutional!

In 1967, Israel created an apartheid system in the brutally occupied West Bank and is now attempting to ethnically cleanse Palestinians there as well as in East Jerusalem.

Isnโ€™t it time for state legislators and NHโ€™s Congressional delegation to support human rights for Palestinians and condemn their Israeli oppressors?
