Auckland, New Zealand – Nancy D. Duchesne-Pelletier, 78, of Auckland, New Zealand, passed away on April 23, 2025 after a brief illness. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and a passionate breeder of Champion Australian Shepherds. Nancy graduated from West High School in 1964. She once worked for Unicast in Londonderry NH.
Nancy was born on 20 July 1946 in Manchester, NH to Albert Duchesne and Anita Bellos Duchesne. Nancy dedicated her life to her family and her love for dogs. She moved to New Zealand and where she lived for 20 years, where she continued her breeding program, known for producing healthy and well-tempered Champion Australian Shepherds. Her dogs brought joy to many families and were a testament to her dedication and expertise.
Nancy was predeceased by her parents and younger sister, Gloria Duchesne-Gilbert, Matthew Pelletier and her partner Lindy Dawkins of Auckland, New Zealand.
Nancy was survived by her loving sister Diane Duchesne-Downs of Goffstown, NH, and brother Kenneth Duchesne (Lisa Kehoe) of New Boston NH by her children: Audra L Raymond-Renfos (Charles), Robert James Raymond. She also leaves behind two grandchildren: Kendra Renfos and Matthew Renfos, her nieces and nephew, Erica Fisher, Jillian Gilbert, Jeffrey Gilbert (Cherry), Scott Duchesne (Molly Simon) grand-nieces and nephews, Jayden Fisher, Ava Gilbert, Kyla Gilbert, Jetson Duchesne and Cooper Duchesne.
Wonderful services were held at the Kumeu village in Auckland, NZ
