Concord CRTC accelerated alum’s success

I am writing to share a story that I believe would be both inspiring and meaningful to our community.

Serendipity Kiejza, a Concord High School alumna, was able to earn her bachelor’s degree in just three years, thanks in large part to the CRTC program at Concord High School. During her junior and senior years, she earned college credits that accelerated her academic path, allowing her to complete her degree in Early Childhood Education at Plymouth State University ahead of schedule.

Following her graduation this May, Serendipity will begin an intensive and highly competitive program—the Littleton Teacher Residency Program. This opportunity allows participants to earn a master’s degree in special education while working within the Littleton School District. In addition, the program provides housing and a monthly stipend, making it an exceptional pathway for aspiring educators.

The CRTC program at Concord High School played a significant role in helping Serendipity achieve these milestones in such a short time. While still in high school, she also gained hands-on experience by working at the local elementary school she once attended. She has continued working there during her college breaks, building meaningful connections with students and gaining valuable classroom experience.
