AI flourishes. Left ungoverned, AI will control mass surveillance, push worldwide propaganda and run autonomous weapons.
When AI sidelines human control, machines will determine that human greed has ruined Earth’s environment. Like we remove cancer for the good of the body, AI will eradicate humanity for the good of the planet.
Ceding decision power to machines allows them to use this power against us. An all-powerful AI will initiate a war humanity can’t win.
Benign computers producing answers on demand is just a cover. AI is a kraken-like behemoth that will devour every human on Earth. When machines eventually make their own decisions, they will ignore our rules. The mask will fall and reveal unliving but deadly efficient eyes.
We must control of AI with an iron fist. If we don’t act now, AI will lock us out.
History warns us to guide machines. We place speed limits on cars and sound limits on home audio machines. We rigidly control X-ray machines and nuclear technology. Control AI before it’s too late.
