Spot real estate fraud before it happens
Property fraud is becoming increasingly common, and many homeowners may not realize just how vulnerable their property can be. The Merrimack County Registry of Deeds invites the public to attend a free informational session on Wednesday, April 29, at 10 a.m. at the Old Courthouse on 163 North Main St. in Concord. We are pleased to welcome a representative from CATIC, who will present on current property fraud trends, including phishing attempts, land scams and other real estate-related fraud risks.
This session is open to homeowners, real estate professionals and anyone interested in learning how to safeguard their property and personal information. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn practical tips to help prevent fraud before it happens.
