Interest on Steeplegate tax default?

I may have missed any reporting on what the city of Concord is adding to the tax bill for the Steeplegate Mall project due to its tax delinquency. As I understand it there are state law guidelines for this and would like to know what that amount is and whether a lien has been placed against the property by the city.
