Trump’s unserious job (performance)

On New Hampshire Public Radio, I hear of the next challenging goals of medical researchers. I hear researched reporters’ findings on various topics, presented so succinctly and with detail that I listen and hope to remember.  I keep in touch with my daughters on their life-work. One is a Ph.D. ecologist who worked for U.S. Geological Survey (until fired as Elon Musk’s “work”).  One is a dedicated union organizer. Seriously taken work I describe here.

Then I hear of Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s serious work, trying to repair, for one damage, the needling of the Pope by President Trump. I hear of jammed-up Strait of Hormuz transports and our military’s work there due to Trump’s “let’s see what happens” war.

Other jobs that take adults’ full energies and mental powers are serious jobs. Trump’s job as our president by comparison seems not to be a serious job.
