Bryant University first-year track and field jumper, Ella Goulas of Concord, was a big addition to the team.

This past weekend, Goulas reached new milestones at the America East Outdoor Championship. The Concord jumper had a two-medal weekend. She earned a silver medal in the outdoor long jump (5.97 meters) and a bronze medal in the triple jump (11.99 meters).

She finished the season as the all-time school record holder in women’s long jump and triple jump.

Her AE Championship long jump broke the school record, and she set the triple jump earlier in the season at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships, earning the gold medal with a mark of 12.33m.

This season, she also hit a personal record in the high jump at the University of Rhode Island Invitational with a fourth-place finish at 1.65 meters. That was also a record-breaking mark for the program.

In terms of accolades, she won America East Track and Field Female Rookie of the Week this spring and America East Most Outstanding Field Performer during the indoor championship.
