Presidential corruption
The level of corruption exhibited by Donald Trump is unprecedented in American history. Here is just a partial list:
Trump purchased stock in companies such as Palantir and Nvidia, and then days later talked them up in Truth Social posts and watched their value skyrocket. He solicited corporate donations to his “Epstein Ballroom” then awarded the corporations over $50 billion in “payback” government contracts. He sells pardons to convicted criminals and pockets the money. His sons took a stake in a drone company, then the Pentagon awarded them a multimillion dollar contract. He sells cryptocurrency and pockets the money. He made his corrupt Attorney General give him immunity from all IRS audits and judgments, in perpetuity, thus transferring millions of our tax dollars into Trump’s pocket. The list goes on and on.
Trump and his family have made billions just in the last year alone. At the same time, his policies have made everything more expensive for everyone else. While many Americans are struggling to buy food and gas, Trump is laughing all the way to the bank.
But here is the most important thing to remember: Trump is only getting away with this naked corruption because the Republicans who control Congress are allowing it. Through cowardice, fear, greed or pure idolatry, Congressional Republicans consistently support and enable this fleecing of America.
A vote for any Republican is a vote to make Trump and his buddies richer and the rest of us poorer.
